  • We use Razorpay (or your chosen gateway) — we never store full card details.
  1. Refunds & Cancellation
  • Cancel anytime via account settings or email hi@vidarbhanews.in.
  • No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
  1. Taxes
    You are responsible for any applicable GST or taxes.

V. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • Content is error-free or up-to-date.
  • The Website will be uninterrupted or secure.
  • Results from using the Website will meet your expectations.

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VII. INDEMNIFICATION

You will indemnify and hold harmless Vidarbha News, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of this Agreement.
  • Your UGC or violation of third-party rights.
  • Your misuse of the Website.

VIII. PRIVACY & DPDP COMPLIANCE

We process personal data strictly per our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023.
Key points:

  • Consent: Required before collecting data (e.g., via cookie banner, newsletter opt-in).
  • Rights: Access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent (see Privacy Policy).
  • Children: No tracking or targeted ads for users under 18.
  • Breach: We will notify you and the Data Protection Board within 6 hours of confirmed breach.

IX. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Website ceases.
  • Outstanding subscription charges remain due.

X. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Law: Laws of India, including the DPDP Act, 2023.
  2. Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Achalpur, Maharashtra.
  3. No Class Actions: All claims must be brought individually.
  4. Statute of Limitation: Any claim must be filed within 1 year of the cause of action.

XI. MISCELLANEOUS

  1. Force Majeure – We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, war, etc.).
  2. Entire Agreement – This is the full agreement; prior versions are superseded.
  3. Assignment – We may assign this Agreement; you may not.
  4. Severability – Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
  5. Waiver – No waiver unless in writing.

BY USING VIDARBHANEWS.IN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
